Every time I go in there it’s almost always a 3 hour wait. Today I was told an hour to and hour and a half and I was excited, it was a Wednesday so I didn’t think it would be that busy anyways. Once I hit the hour and a half threshold no one came to update me on my vehicle. Once it hit over 2 hours I finally stood outside near the pick up area, a nice man saw that I had been waiting and asked for my name and went to see Jamie who I had been dealing with. He came back and just said it’s not ready yet. I texted the number your company sent me to try and receive updates and nothing, Jamie just sat in her little office, didn’t think it would be a good idea to update me herself after she was informed I was wondering about my car. A few more minutes go buy and I finally get a text saying my car was ready, even though it still wasn’t in the pick up area and Jamie came over to say it was just now going to be washed, which I ended up declining due to being there for double my estimated time. After all this there was no apology from Jamie or even the finance man I spoke to in order to discontinue my service contract. I will no longer be driving 30 mins out of my way to have to site and wait 3 hours.
