I called to have a shuttle scheduled to pick up my vehicle. I called Ronnie twice and my driver 4 times (last time not even getting an answer) as the shuttle was not coming. They both told me to wait, every time. After 2 and a half hours, after call8ng again, they told me they couldntvsend anybody and that I needed to get a taxi. I did. I requested to talk to the manager to complain. They told me he/she would call me back. Nobidy has called me back yet. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a dealership

My toe pressure light did come on while leaving. I would like to have that taken care of. Also, another Honda service department advised that the B1 inspection included a mechanical inspection. I did not see a mechanical inspection on my ticket. Please advise. ****-****-xxxx
