He went above and out of his way to complete the paperwork of our vehicles service, i was not going to make in time for the shop was about to close and he worked everything thru the phone and email the guy is a superstar thanks again for the helpful service.
Mr. Johnson’s customer service was exceptional! He was in a great mood since the beginning he was nice and helpful with all questions I had he answered all of them with no hesitation. This man deserves a raise or employee of the month. Great customer service. Keep it up Anthony we need more employees like him.

I am extremely impressed and happy with the service Anthony provided. Anthony constantly kept me informed about my vehicle and would call me when he advised me he would. I am so impressed with his service that I will be taking my vehicle to Rock honda for future services.
After I got my car serviced the screws on bottom of my car were not completely fastened tight and they fell off so I had to return later in the week when I realized what had happened because the skid plate kept being scraped all week due to the screws missing. When I explained the situation I was helped promptly although I had to pay for the replacement of the screws which cost aside because they weren’t expensive I didn’t understand why I had to pay anything due to it not being my mistake. It wasn’t the mistake of the people that helped me when I went to get it fixed. It was whoever did the service originally.
Representative that checked me in was trying to force services on me without explaining anything… just gave me a balance of 1000+ dollars… I said no that I was only there for oil change and transmission service. In addition apart from the tire rotation I needed to get my tire alignment checked since I had lifetime alignment…. Upon receiving my car Ricardo a new rep checked me out but asked him why my alignment wasn’t done… he didn’t have an answer for me but instead asked me to come in another day but I informed him that my schedule was busy hence the fact that I made an appointment. I understand that you guys are busy but didn’t feel helped at all… might as well get a kiosk that will do the same service as some of the reps
