As far as the service, everything was good. I was a little frustrated with the check in procedure. I sat in my parked car for 30 minutes. No one approached me until I got out of my car to leave. I saw a number of associates standing at the podium, and no one acknowledged me. If there was a way to expedite the drop off, that would make the experience better. And please tell me WHY my lights were changed when I got a simple oil change? I keep them on “auto” and didn’t realize they had been changed to “off” until I was driving at night. If they need to switch them, would it be possible to switch them back?

I been going to Rock Honda to service my car for over 11 years now and by far Jessica is the worst service advisor I ever had. Jessica was not very knowledgeable about my car service needs or explaining services needed. She was very rude and she had a very bad attitude the entire time. She is very unprofessional by yelling at me in front of other customers for talking to the techician about my car. She does not provide good customer service at all and needs training.

When I leased my 2020 Honda CRV, I purchased oil changes to be included for the duration of my lease. My lease isn’t up until 2023. Jessica said that even though I had low mileage, I had no more oil changes left to use and I would have to pay for them now. This isn't my first lease with a Honda dealership but my first with Rock Honda and I've never run out of oil changes before and I had higher mileage on that other vehicle. Ive always admired that go above and beyond attention Honda dealerships have always shown me but definitely not today. I decided to get the oil change and pay for it since I was already there but I was uneasy about the information given to me so while I waited for my service, I did research and found that Kelly Blue Book suggest an oil change for my car should be between $65 - $87 and I also found that Spreen Honda in Redlands, CA charges $74.95 for the oil change for 0W20 oil and you guys charged me $140...that’s double!! When I presented this information to Jessica, she was callous towards me and all she said in a snarky tone is “Honda dealerships are independently owned and charge different prices.” I totally understand that, but double the price than other dealerships charge and what Kelly Blue Book suggest is ridiculous. Being that she only works there and she has no control over the prices, I expected her to at least get a manager to talk to me but she was visually uncaring of my frustration. I remained polite and told her I would pay, but that I was not happy and she made no comment,, completely acting as if I didn’t say anything…she couldn't have cared any less and didn't do or say anything to make me feel as a valued customer. All she said to me after she handed me my invoice is "wait right there, they'll bring you your car" dismissing me!!! Seriously?!?! Not even a thank you or anything. I've purchased a Pilot in 2007 from your dealership and leased this car in 2020 from this dealership as well and I'm feeling unappreciated and unvalued as a repeat customer and it's deceitful that I purchased an agreement to get my oil changes done for the remainder of my lease contract and I ran out with low mileage on my car and before my lease is up in 2023...makes no sense. Because of this ordeal, you have lost a loyal and repeat Honda customer. Additionally, my brother, mother, and sister also have Honda’s and my brother even purchased his car from your dealership in 2012 as well, but know that we will not be purchasing or servicing our cars here any longer.

I pick up my car and start driving showing signal air pressure low in tires. I have bring my car back again after paying service fee. Service department issue coupon of Rock Honda for free oil change and service in December due to their negligence, today service representative said that we cannot use it because it was not issue by him. Clients are not responsible if your staff moved or left. We pay here and technicians mistakes , I have to come back waste my time, and gas. Service representative s and relationship manager not helpful.

My new service advisor , Maria Navarro, is excellent. Maria demonstrated knowledge about my vehicles service history , and articulated the work to be done on my vehicle , with great detail . It gave me confidence and piece of mind . Great job , Maria !

I was highly pleased with Ricardo's customer service skills. I visited Rock Honda on Wednesday morning to have my oil changed, and tires rotated. I mentioned that I might have a slow leak on one of my tires. The oil was changed on my vehicle, but the service technician could not find a leak on any of my tires. On my way home, I received a warning from my car that the tire pressure was low. I called Ricardo, and he asked me to return the vehicle to the service department. Ricardo went out of his way to ensure the problemed would be resolved. He helped the service technician reinspect my tires, and they found a nail in one of them. Thank you, Ricardo, for your dedicated service.
