I originally went in for an oil change was suggested I do additional work to my vehicle, so I willing complied and paid to have the work done. I drive home only to find out all of a sudden my car has different issues, that I didn’t originally have when I brought my vehicle in. I called in to be told service is closed to call back the next day. That being completely understandable I called back the next day first thing in the morning, and I’m told the manager will be giving me a call back, I wait all the entire day and did not receive a call. I gave nearly the entire day to wait, and had to follow up myself toward the end of the day, and was dismissed again stating the manager was with a client and they would call me back. The day ends and Honda closes I never received a call so I called back again the following day, somehow the manager was still with a client and unable to assist me. The kind girl who answered the phone originally wanted to provide me with an answer so they wanted to get my car in as soon as possible which was the following Monday. It has already been 3 days since my issue arose I didn’t want my vehicle to become more damaged. When I mentioned the call back from the manager, and what services would be done, or what I would have to pay for the appointment setter told me “you’ll have to speak with the manager there’s nothing I can tell you”. So lone behold I make the appointment with hopes to receive a call. I waited an additional few days and my appointment came around. I never received my call, and upon arrive to Rock Honda, I had a scheduled appointment, and got in, but nothing happened… I had to sit there for over an hour going back and forth with (2) managers now exclaiming the issues, which I was told I had to pay to fix, and that they now couldn’t do the work today, and I would have to take another day off even though this was a scheduled appointment.. From the manager I was not only told my car has no guarantee on condition, but also that the work they did could not only guarantee a fix to my vehicle. I exclaimed over to the managers the issues, and I received the “we’re short staffed” along with “we don’t know what you did to the car” insisting that me a liar, when I’ve been trying to get the situation resolved since almost I day I left. After battling I was offered a “discount” to pay for the damage, Upon which I had to ask for the managers card as I am horribly unsatisfied with the service, and lone behold the fear factor set in and magically there’s enough time, and they’ll do the fix…thanks for wasting nearly 2 hours, and not even fixing the issue… -2/10 I really would rather pay anywhere else then bring my vehicle back here for service.

Jessica was really great!! She even texted me to let me know my car is done and to make sure I was aware that they close at 3pm. This was a huge contrast to the last time when I got my car serviced and had no phone call, text or communication about my car being done and had to be without a car for two days. Jessica did a great job!
