I had a appointment, still sat in my car for a hour to just get the car taken in. Then was told about 2 hours! I addition I’ve had a sensor light on, and was told the camera needed to be reset when I had a conversation prior on the phone with a service advisor. While there I was told, it would need diagnostic, and that would be several more hours!
I purchased a service contract for oil changes which I gave cancelled, because I will NEVER frequent this dealership again!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
When put together the instaler scratched some plastics and broke some tabs rhe radio antenna seems to be disconnected. I had to re attache some plastics because they were poorly put togheter

I appreciate Maria’s help this week. She was very understanding of my frustration with this dealership and did her best to help me and get me answers and I so very much appreciate her help. Please freakin keep Maria here! She’s so much easier to work with for my car issues I just had. I hope I don’t have future problems though. Also, I called Honda care warranty and they said my whole ac and heating unit would’ve been covered if something other than the ac condenser needed to be replaced. So if someone from Honda- like a manager can clarify that for future customers. Thatd be great. Cuz a lot of us women will call and get clarification ourselves. I don’t like being treated dumb at dealerships, I get that from the men here. Working with Maria was a breath of fresh air.

I’m almost completely satisfied, it was stressful, a Hassal, waste of gas and time to come to this dealership and be turned away 4 of those visits. All because the service reps are not knowledgeable about their services.
In the end, my last two visits Maria helped me and I am grateful and happy I got to speak with her the last time I called after so many phone calls as well, because she made it a little easier having to come back again for the tint I was turned away for those 4 other times.
So a huge thank you to Maria!

I made an appointment for 8:30 for an oil change as well as an inspection to make sure no parts needed to be replaced. I did not like how I was never updated on the progress of my vehicle and when I asked about how much longer the service will take, I would get told “not too much longer”. I did not leave that service department until close to 1:00pm and I was given different prices and different information on how “severe” my tires and brakes needed to be replaced. One employee tells me $1700 and the next bumps up the price of the parts needing to be replaced to $3000?? I was told by an employee that the rotors were going to cost me almost $700?? What… I will not be returning to this dealership service department anymore. First and last time.
