I called around 3:30pm to ask about my car. My rep was on her lunch break and was supposed to return my call. No one called me back. I called back right before 6pm to what is going on with my car and I was told she left early. I don't care that she left. That is not a problem. The problem is NO ONE followed up.

anthony was quick and aware of my concerns. i had an appt at 10:45 and got there at 10:35. i did t get i to speak to Anthony until over an hour after I got in line. that was very frustrating for me but Anthony was quick to serve me as soon as he got my vehicle. i am not happy with having to wait so long when I had an appointment. if people are late for theirs they should have to wait not those with appointments or have them come back another day
