In the last two service appointments we’ve had disappointing experiences. In October we took our car in for air conditioning repair. On the plus side the service department found we needed a water pump and it was replaced. However in fixing our air conditioner the technician disconnected our stereo speakers. I brought it to the service rep and he asked me, “What did I do to them”. I took the car back to have them reconnected but they were still not connected correctly. I had to take them to a stereo shop to have them reconnect all my speakers correctly. Moving forward. Today My car was serviced for an oil change. I left the car to wait for a pick up time. We were called in 2 hours to pick up the car. I paid for the repairs at 10:30 am. And I was told that my car would be brought to the front. 2 hours later I went back to the service rep and asked him when will my car be brought to the front. He called again and still, my car was not being brought up. My service rep then went to get the car for me. I left the car earlier so that I could take care of other responsibilities while it was being repaired , only to have to wait for 2 hours for it to be simply driven up front for pick up. I do not normally like to give disappointing reviews, however I and my husband were inconvenienced for 2 hours unnecessarily. Good business is all we really wanted. Cordially Theresa and David C

I want to speak to your general manager. I’ve tried reaching out 3 times even talked to the general manager up in the high desert because he saw my post on social media. He said he was disappointed in what happened but couldn’t help me. Hopefully I will b able to talk to Dave.
