I was quoted a price for transmission service when I dropped off my vehicle and then called and told that the price had nearly doubled because my car has a 9 speed transmission. I have been to this dealership for every single service since I purchased this vehicle at Rock Honda. It seems like the vehicle information should be in the computer system by now so that I could be quoted the correct amount for the service, not only that but they do a vehicle walk around when you get there and the car says “Elite” right in the back. This is frustrating and feels like a bait and switch. Also, the last time I was there, in June, I came in for an oil change and services that were due and a repair, they didn’t fix it the first time, I had to bring it back in for another entire day, only to get the car back and a day later, the code came on in the car that it needed an oil change, which they were supposed to have done while I was there, resulting in a third trip back to the dealer. Can anyone tell me how these things can happen. I mean if the dealership shouldn’t know my car is a 9 speed transmission, who’s job is it to know?
