Very upset customer. Had 2 service appointments to setup and pickup my Honda key. First appointment on 11/13. Arrived and was told sorry key not in stock after all. Second appointment 11/24 at 4:15 arrived and sorry techs are gone for the day. I commuted twice, wasted time, gas and took time off of work. Very unprofessional, sloppy and unreliable.

The checking in is a little frustrating because even we were already waiting on the service reception line, cars from the express service line who just arrived were taken cared off first before us. I have to tell your service crew that we were ahead (about 5 cars) before those cars. Someone should be monitoring cars coming just like Spreen Honda were things are so smooth. I am also a bit concerned the difference in your service fee. Your B1 promo price is $139.00 compared to Spreen with same service for $89.00 promo price. I don’t really get it but since your location is closer to my house that made it more convenient for me. I hope this issue can be address esp the price difference and I would appreciate getting a response. Thank you
