I had been waiting for months to be contacted when my part came in and even after I called 3 different times no one called me back. I don't know should have been responsible to contact me, might not be Eddie but no one did. I left messages which were never returned. I was left on hold and disconnected more times than I can count. I had to call and find out my part in and make an appt. And yesterday when they finally claimed it had been fixed....it's not. There is no way they could not have known it wasn't resolved the noise it makes is so much worse. So either it was decided that this was good enough or the mechanic didn't check out the window after the repair not sure which is worse. We are about to look into trading in our cars and definitely will not be considering a return to Rock Honda.

They lied to us saying the services we paid for were completed and upon my husband and your supervisor Carlos they realized such services were never performed!!! Supervisor Carlos had the techs finish the task and Carlos was very embarrassed and apologetic with my husband and told him he was going to have the maintenance manager give him a call tomorrow.
Eddie was very helpful and got my work done .. I left very happy !

Mariano was very friendly and helpful however I had an appointment at 930am but no one attended to me until 10am I was just waiting in the car and no one updated me. Also, another person who came in way later than me was seen first. Very disappointing on the system of checking in people. They need to be able to track who came in first.
I should’ve had a car wash and vacuum for as long as they kept it.
