We spoke with Teddy on the phone this afternoon after our appointment. He said he would be sending two free oil changes for our inconvenience and for your lack of customer care. Safety should be number one priority in your company. We Feel as though your company truly let us down today. Your technician found and circled a screw in our tire however failed to mention it to us. And instead told us our tires were fine. Luckily we were able to get to a tire repair shop without any incidents. Your lack of customer care could have been a huge problem today.
