We arrived at our appointment time, and they told us that it would take multiple hours for an oil change, because our car wasn't a Honda. I had called ahead to make sure it could get done in a timely matter. When I called they told me that on my appointment date everything would be ready. And when I called they told me one price, and then when I went in person they told me a different price. I brought up the issue and they told me that they added an extra service that I had said no to multiple times.
