Waited there 8hrs for just tint! Never once was attended or asked if I wanted water or anything. I saw multiple people come in there for a lot more leave a lot quicker!! There was ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION! I had to ask multiple times about the status of my vehicle! Gas wasn’t even reimbursed when 30 miles worth of it was used! Horrible experience! Granted it was free or else I would’ve caused a fuss! Overall HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience! I rather just pay next time and get it done in less than 2 hours somewhere near by!

During an oil change your techs also do an inspection which is good, but some of the easy stuff like topping of fluids should be included. For example windshield fluid, radiator fluid and brake fluid. I’m not sure if you guys put air in the tires if needed or just put it in the inspection notes. I’m beginning to think what’s the benefit of bringing to the dealership if I can pay $50 elsewhere and everything is included and done in 20 minutes. Just being real and informing you of my thoughts. Thank you

Maria was amazing. Honestly, I had stopped bringing my car to Rock because of the horrible service and wait times I’m eating revived Eve with appointments. My husband brought his car in a month or so ago and raved about this lady, Maria, who was exceptional. I decided to give you guys another go. Maria was everything my husband said: friendly, quick, efficient, and very accurate in her estimation of how long the service would take. She is the reason I will be back to Rock Honda. You should train others like her!
