Maria helped me so much and the communication was AWESOME. I just bought a brand new car from Rock and I was having an issue with it in less than two weeks … due to her help the techs were able to find out the problem (which was the side motor mount) and the repairs were done within a day and a half.
I was so disappointed that this happened with a new car that had never been used but she made it better for me by being so kind and attentive. Thank u Maria!
