Maria Navarro was an excellent representative but regarding the repair of my car I only have a bad opinion because they did not repair my car that is defective. They didn't tell me what the problem was or what the possible solution would be, they just told me to come get your car ???? but that's fine, I'm going to do it under the lemon law since you don't want to repair it and it's all under warranty.

I get free oil changes for life. When my wife brought our Odyssey there, they said that they discontinued that. She didn't bring it there to here what they recommend. They should not be nosing around looking in areas that are not authorized.

It was my first time at rock Honda getting a oil change for my accord. The staff was friendly and communicative. My service advisor Ricardo Felix jr. Was amazing. He was professional,friendly, and also very informative of all the services provided at rock Honda. My vehicle was done sooner than expected. I left completely satisfied. Thanks again.
