This place has amazing service. Everyone is so friendly.
Took my car in for an oil change and the tech forgot to secure the bolts and the car was leaking oil as a result. Had to return back the next day and spend an extra hour at the dealer before getting the issue fixed. Not sure why a simple oil change couldn’t be done properly. I avoid places like Jiffy Lube for this reason, but it seems like the dealer isn’t any better.

According to your service representative M.N your new policies prohibits the owner of the vehicle from being contact or knowledgeable about the service being done to his vehicle, I do not find this new policy to be a great assistance of customer service. And I’m skeptical about why the new policy prohibits information to the owner of the vehicle please call me back to reassure me it was a misunderstanding thank you.
