I came in with a starting issue concern, car not starting on the 1st and sometimes not on the second try and making a very concerning noise when cranking. I Was told it was the throw out bearing. Which I was charged for and as soon as I took it home and left to the store, I had the same issue. Car not starting right away it was still making the noise as well. Along with this I got a clutch replaced, belt brake flush and trans service. After picking up my car and got home I noticed dirty hand prints on both my driver door and passenger door interior. This concern seems to happen every day when starting my car but they weren’t able to duplicate it but did a repair that didn’t take care of my concern. And I left with kinda feeling like the concern wasn’t seriously looked into. Or maybe a better attempt to duplicate the concern could have been done. . It literally happens to me every other time I start my car.

Thank you! Arif Khan really took care of my need! Truly appreciate his service. Only one thing I’ll ask Rock Honda to bring back is the pick/drop shuttle service. It was a hassle to get to dealership!

The service with my car was excellent, staff was excellent, very helpful, very understanding with the situation,,,,, I asked if I could be shuttled back to my house they explain to me that they remove the shuttle transportation,,,,, but the employee was very kind to ask how long it was gonna take for my car to be done ,,,,, (I brought my car for oil change),,,,, it took an hour which worked out very good with my situation,,,, but I do wish Honda could add back the shuttle,,,, thank you
