I went to get brakes done n so they had to replace the rotors also.for that I got charged $600 . Only front .to me honestly I thought it was too much but Ho well.he also had a new key programmed I guess at no charge but, now my remote start won’t work and that I didn’t asked for it.
Was satisfied but felt the description of the problem was not entirely correct. I mentioned car was turned on to check the time when waiting to pic up child from school then turned off. Maria wrote the car was left on, draining the battery. 2 completely different scenarios.
I felt battery should have been replaced and want on record in case there is a problem in the future.
I understand Maria’s hands were tied in this matter and she did what she could, I appreciate that.

Thank you, I am completely satisfied, I am hard of hearing and Maria ask ME about once my car was finished would I like a call or a txt, I advise for her to txt ME any information of problems or completion and this is what she did when it's time for my next oil change I will ask for Maria, she also advised she would be out of the office and if I have a problem for ME to contact her. She was great

For the right price and when I got there they gave me the wrong price higher And the normal price so I do not trust him anymore
This is our second time getting a basic service done and it did not meet my expectations once again. Once again, I provided my own oil and my wife reminded everyone to please use the oil provided.
When we thought the service was complete my wife was approached and told that there was a problem. The problem was that they did not use the oil we provided despite her reminder. My wife was then told it would take several hours to correct the problem because it was now getting busy and there are other customers in front of her. She insisted that her place in the work queue should not be bumped and that she would like the problem resolved. The issue was resolved and the provided oil was put in the car, but the job took longer than it should have. In my honest opinion, routine maintenance and the manufacturer dealership should be done quickly and at high quality because this is what will bring consumers back for more significant issues should they arise.
