Adviser was a bit rude but service was done good and within promised time.
Shafiq was very helpful. He explained everything in details what needs to be done. He even asked the technician to help us program some stuff in our car. He is the best.

I asked for an oil change and filter plus tire rotation. when I got home the air for the tires were all at 20 PSI and they are suppose to be at least 32 PSI i had to add air to all my tires.

Ricardo is an exceptional worker, he kept me updated on my car and what it needed. Very informative, great people skills, he should be manager!! I dont think i’ve had this much of a great experience with rock honda like i did with Ricardo the other day. Very happy with the results, i am completely satisfied!
