Jessica was top notch. Your phone system gets a 0 of 10. I had to drop my car off to get recognized. Your phone system majorly inferior to Penske Honda! I tried for 2 weeks calling, the person who answered, if lucky to get an answer was goofing off with laughter well heard in the background. I tried calling for days to get through with no answer from main line, but if an answer, NEVER a Pick-up -call from service. Many times disconnected! Poor customer service! Poor!poor! Poor! An agent, (Jessica) should not need to give her personal cell number. On a scale of 1-10. You zero. Jessica 10 making up for dealer lack of service one being no shuttle. Complete. ****-****-xxxx
I brought my car in for low tire pressure on Tuesday. I was given no paperwork just told to go inside and someone will get me when it was done. Waited an hour before I asked someone about my car and they told me a tech was going check it now and fill it with air. I was told there was nothing in the tire and they filled it with air, the light was off. The next time it was driven Wednesday morning the light was on again, same tire was low. Brought it in today and there was a nail in it.

The concern I had with problem was NOT taken care of even after test drive with the mechanic who agreed in the delayed hesitation while trying to accelerate. All I got was drive some more and cone back in two weeks if persists. No help at all.
