The minute I drove up he was Proffesional and friendly made for a good sunday.

The person who helped me did not seem pleased that I was a walk in, he did not take any of my information like my name I knew the expected time he said 4hrs because I was a walk in eventhough I showed up before they opened which stated 930 for some reason. After 2 hrs of waiting I asked for an ETA on my car and when asked my name I knew he couldn't find me cuz he didn't ask for my name I had to provide the paper I was given. After 2hrs he said my car hadn't been looked at and was awaiting service. I told him that's fine ill just go to to spreen honda in redlands. Which I went to first before going to fontana and they were extremely nice. Being that I had to pick up my son at 1246 I thought 11 was time to leave since it was not even looked at. I bought my car at rock Honda and that should have been the only time I should have gone.
