My son dropped off my car with Mr. Eduardo Flores. He failed to explain the contract to my son for a service charge of $299. When I went to pick up my car he was so rude and unprofessional I asked to speak to his superior. He took me to Yvonne customer service manager. When walking in her office she did not introduce herself or ask me how can I help you but right away she started telling me that I must pay the fee she also was rude and unprofessional. After going back-and-forth with this issue she staight out told me just get out of here and take your car and wait outside. It was a very hot day. When they brought out my car the whole glove compartment was taken apart and was sitting on the passenger seat and other parts were on the floor. I then went back to Yvonne’s office and told her what I saw. She came outside ti see it and she had a technician take it back and put it back together. My whole experience that day was horrific I have high blood pressure and my blood pressure was through the roof. I was disrespected and humiliated and I will never go back to that Honda dealer again.
