I brought my car in yesterday afternoon and let you guys have it for 24 hours and was told there’s nothing wrong with my air conditioning and two hours after I got my car back the air conditioning wasn’t working still.

Mr Shafiq “gets it”. He made complete eye and ear contact with me; he “to pick up my grandchildren “at a specific hour, and he assured me that Rock-Honda could deliver my vehicle at the appropriate time. He was professional, trust-worthy, kind and considerate.
