Cheyenne is awesome. My truck is only 14 months old and I've had a few problems with it. But I also realize the dealership didn't build my truck. So nothing that happens is your fault. But I appreciate that Cheyenne always finds a way to work me in and gives me updates. I appreciate you all a lot. Most of buying a car these days is entering into a relationship with your dealership. So if you don't like or trust your dealership then it's usually a pretty poor experience. I had my previous 2010 Tundra for 10 years that Gulf States Toyota (a partner at the time) had me buy at a different dealership and I always got it serviced through you guys. I had to get a cheap work truck when my son started driving and gave him my Tundra. I got that truck in 2020 and couldn't wait to get back in a Tundra, so when I got this one, I wanted it to be through Toyota of Murray just based on how well Russell had always taken care of me for 10 years on the other Tundra. So I am happy to be back with you guys again and appreciate your extra efforts to always take care of your longtime customers like me. Jason Sealock Current Fish LLC

I felt comfortable with the explanation Cheyenne gave me. I was glad to know the team or Cheyenne alone looked for any other recalls on my vehicle besides the one I talked to her about. The survey when I get it will probably have a place to put this, but I like the way the check in part of the shop is made with the automatic door. It's streamlined and works efficiently. It looks like this dealership is so much better managed than.it was under other managers I've dealt with. Thank everyone for the job you do.

The only issue I had was getting the service scheduled in the time frame I needed. However, someone pull some strings on my behalf so I was able to get the service in the time frame I needed.
