Service seems a bit overpriced.
Very professional and helpful
Cheyenne, was very sensitive to my wife’s condition while waiting. She recognized that the wait would be too long for her and offered us a loaner car. Very nice and appreciated. Also my car was fixed successfully.
Cheyenne kept me informed so that I could make decisions on what to be done.
I was NOT happy that the technician threw my Dirty Clear mats over the front seat to the back , I used them to keep my Toyota mats clean, also they were dirty and he threw them into my back seats…????, plus they didn’t look when they scooted my seat back and busted my working bucket I use for work to Doordash… Ciuld have been more thoughtful this last visit…
I was asked to ride with mechanic to point out noise that is 100% consistent upon movement of vehicle. Did not have time to go back so now it’s not identified.

I was pleased as far as the service. My only issue was some confusion about the mileage before my next time to service. The sticker placed on the windshield said to bring in again at 10,000 miles. It currently has 52000 miles.
Last visit they forgot to reset ok lights I hope all have been reset as I totally panic when I am on a trip and they pop up!
