It was a pleasure working with Toyota of Murray. Everything I came to expect of North Park Toyota in San Antonio Texas was equaled here in Murray. Three years ago I had a oil leak after trailering this Toyota from Texas behind a U-Haul. I went to the dealer here in Murray to have it checked. they found the oil filter loose, tightened it, added a quart of oil, and told me no charge! Now that the Toyota is back in Kentucky they will have my business!
Recently I had an oil change done and while there got a quote for two tires. Put them on two weeks later. Your prices are compatible with Costco.

Service on vehicle was great. Not being able to has a loaner car for one night was terrible I live at Paris landing and work in Paris tn only needed anything to help me get to work but instead I had to wake my husband whom works midnites to come pick me up I’m Murray then again the next day he had to again get up from sleeping and drive to Paris pick me up then drive me to Murray so I could get oil change and roars toon on tires. I love coming to Murray for great service and trusting them with my vehicle but so much inconvenience could have been avoided by loaning me over nite car like they always had in past.

Your staff is great. I will be taking both of my Toyota cars elsewhere for service. A loyal customer for over ten (10) years. You have to many regulations.
The only concern I have is the battery as it has corrosion on posts which was noted on the report and yet battery marked as good. When I asked was told to remind them on next visit.
Very happy with everything. My truck performed good, drives and rides as one would expect from a Toyota.
