I spoke with service person (male) on the phone and in person. He was a breath of fresh air. I have avoided your toyota service for many years because of the personnel in the service office. I was surprised to hear a new person on the phone. He called me back after I called at 7 a.m. having already pulled my car in and gotten it in the computer. He was knowledgeable and helpful and on the ball. In person, those traits were still apparent. He again seemed to know about my car and cars in general. I felt like he was attentive to my needs and that I was not some imposition that he had to deal with. He's the best service person I have interacted with that I can recall at your location.

I’ll absolutely do any survey pertaining to Michael or the company. You guys always do a phenomenal job and Michael went above and beyond this time working on my car and staying in touch with communication. He is great!

Although the problems were not present at the time of service, at times the dash board goes completely black, the car won’t turn off and the touch screen malfunctions. So far since diagnosed the dash lights have stayed on. When the dash blacks out again I’ll let the service department run a diagnostic test again. Thank you for your time. It’s greatly appreciated.

The passenger window quit working after service which was coincidental. The person in service said it wasn’t anything they did. They didn’t even offer to ask the technician if it was something they could have done. I’m disappointed with their response and most likely won’t be back after using them for years!
