Representative is awesome however actual service on my vehicle is questionable. It is the actual 1st service ever yet I notice some discrepancies. 1. Vehicle wasn't reset with from oil change as it keeps notifying me to reset & oil change due. 2. I reset the service on my Kia App to appropriate Mileage yet not full service appropriated. 3. Tires were not inflated 4. Unsure if there was an actual tire traction as tires weren't fully inflated. Next service sticker does not fall in lieu with next appropriate 16,000 mile service.
I do appreciate the actual treatment & sincerity from Danielle yet service is what is questionable with such an itemized receipt but no specifications on paper good/poor conditions. Comparable to Honda/Cadillac with such bolster of information to actually direct my vehicle.
The main problem was the time estimates kept getting pushed back longer and longer, and I did not recieve a loaner vehicle after the vehicle inspection. Having to call Kia directly was what got me a loaner vehicle and they were the ones who told me I should/could have gotten a vehicle a lot sooner because there is no authorization of any type from them that is needed like I was told, and that once my vehicle is found with an issue under warranty, I should of been given a vehicle.

Since I purchased my vehicle and had service done at this location I have never received outstanding service until this visit. I was greeted by I believe his name was Eric (office to the left) he was extremely friendly and professional. He invited me into his office as he pulled up my information and explained everything in detail.
He then introduced me to Michelle and she assured me that she would keep me updated on my vehicle and was extremely friendly and professional.
I was only there for about one hour and thirty minutes. She called my name in the waiting area and as we walked she was explaining the final details of my service.
The absolute best service by these two employees I have ever received at this Kia. Definitely a great team and I left feeling completely satisfied with my experience that day.

Told it would only be 2 hours! I end up waiting for over 4 hours. I had an appointment for basic services. My car sat idling for 2 hours, I asked the valet to turn my car off!! Not sure if I’m coming back to Covina. Do better KIA!!
Service was great. Even though I accidentally made appointment at different location. But able to serviced me.And was finished at 4 hours later. Definitely will check it for Covina KIA. Thank you for taking care of my car on short notice.

Battery terminal covers were both left loose under the hood.
Michelle was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and put my worries at ease. She was so sweet, it was refreshing seeing a lady in the service department. As a woman myself, I felt very comfortable being helped by her.
The only down size on this service is your shuttle car, where you take your customers to their home. After we left the car to the dealer it take an hour before we got a shuttle car to take us home. It will be good if after we leave or car to be service the shuttle car that will take us home should not take that long.
I was pushing to buy a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. The person that help me was quite rude. I wouldn’t bring my car back here
I’ve been going to Covina Valley Kia since 2011. I’ve had the pleasure of having Micheal Connelly as my service rep. He is professional, friendly, and accurate with estimate and timelines when having my vehicle serviced…. always with a smile.
The staff of covina kia did an awesome job for the service maintenance of my vehicle, i hope it will do same the next time, God Bless
Staff was friendly, however, the glovebox had black smudges on it. My filter was checked during the service. It would be much appreciated if the service technician wiped down the car before returning it to customers.
George was very helpful and gave us options regarding financing the cost of repairs.
