Shortly after I got it serviced so they could do that.
Regarding the onsite car rental. Charge came through as OnsiteRover, Las Vegas. I didn't recognize it and Googled it. It came up as a dog walking service, so I disputed the charge and had to replace my debit card.

Mike and all the employees were friendly and attentive. The only reason I was not completely satisfied is because I specifically asked them to remove the service sticker reminder that had been there since two services ago. However, it was not removed. There is still sticker residue remaining. Thank you.

Danielle was really great and I appreciate the chat in her office regarding the maintenance at hand and anything else I wanted to discuss. She was excellent. Prior to, my experience at Kia has been disappointing for many reasons I don’t feel like listing now. There was a recall for a tire mobility kit I had been waiting for since my last oil change. Despite several calls to check status, no one ever got that handled for me. Daniele ended up ordering it again I guess. She said the order wasn’t done right so she ordered me one that would only take a few days to come in. So that I appreciate, but it’s frustrating that after all that time, it still wasn’t in. Could’ve saved me a trip. My tire also needed a patch which I would’ve like to get done at the same time, but was told after car was done and when I remembered again to ask about it, my car was already being brought around for pick up.
Overall, Danielle really was outstanding and I appreciate her willingness to ensure I got what I needed. I was even able to contact her after about the recall and she graciously responded to me. Huge thanks to Danielle!
