I was just wondering if you guys use liners on the seats so they don’t get dirty I noticed they didn’t use liners on either one of my cars that I took in first time here so I’m not sure if you guys protect the seats from getting dirty while the car is being serviced

The car seems to be running fine so all is good. Just a minor thing, but I had a car part (keyhole cover for front door) that they said they said they could put back on for me, and it wasn’t on there so I have no idea what happened to it.

I’m truly perplexed by the lack of professionalism at Covina Kia. While I do think George could’ve done better, I don’t think this is all on him. It seems like this dealership as a whole has a problem. I don’t get how anyone can be this bad unless they’re actually trying to be bad! I purchased my vehicle in February. At this point it’s spent more time with you than it has in my garage.

This is my second time trying to get my car serviced regarding the kia connect feature that hasn't been working since February 9,25 unfortunately the lack of miscommunication from your staff has really left me dissatisfied. Customer service is horrible I've called and on certain occasion regarding my vehicle and have been unable to connect or received the run around. I've had to look for service elsewhere in ordered yp have my car fixed. I suggest better or proper training in helping inform your feature customers about how the coverage works when purchasing a vehicle.

I had challenges in check in but once Michael took over he saved it. Also Tricia called and took all my feedback and I feel confident she will make corrections and train staff to be more customer service friendly. You need to go back to washing cars and should charge electric/plug in cars when you have them as a courtesy.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from Eric Perez during my recent visit to the Covina Kia dealership. From the moment I arrived, Eric was beyond helpful. As I was waiting in the service line, he greeted me right away and offered assistance with my appointment. He made the entire process easy by taking care of checking in my vehicle and arranging a ride home for me. Throughout the service process, which involved a recall on my Kia Sorento, Eric kept in touch with consistent updates. He ensured my vehicle was ready in a timely manner and even arranged for a ride back so I could pick it up. Thanks to Eric, I had a smooth and pleasant experience. I truly appreciate his professionalism, communication, and care. He completely changed the experience I’ve previously had with the Downtown Kia dealership and maintenance department.
