I didn’t get my car wash voucher
I went this time because my Headlight on the passenger side was out and my Upper third Break light too. You were going to charge me $500 to fix. But I was able to buy the bulbs for $31.95 total and it took less than five minutes to put in. So I feel Cheated by Kia! A five min job for $500 ?!
The length of time it took to service and repair my Sorento was unexceptable! Took it in on June 23rd and did not recieve it back until July 3rd, and my understanding was that it wasn't even diagnosed til June 27th, which caused me to have to rent a car for 10 days!!! The work performed was excellent, the ammount of time is what I have a problem with! Sorry I couldn't give a better review, but that;s the truth of the matter!!

Jose was fantastic, he was a complete pleasure to work with. Courteous and helpful. My only issue is my service interval was not reset and still shows I’m due for service on my cluster
In total honesty, I was having a rough day and Emilio completely changed my mood. He didn't know it, but by him being so welcoming and understanding of my budget and taking the time to get to get to know me; he went absolutely above and beyond. If it wasn't for him I probably would've left and no one would've even noticed.

The estimated time to complete the 2 recalls was 3 hours, it end up taking 6 hours. It is just not acceptable the estimated time was off by that much, especially that he knew I waited for the service.

Service staff were nice and courteous but the dealership should work on answering the phone calls It has been very challenging to reach anybody at the dealership since nobody's answering the phone
