All service was great. Would’ve liked to have loaners on standby while vehicle is being serviced rather than being on waitlist. Other than that minor inconvenience, I am pleased with the service provided.

I really appreciated George's help. He really tried to meet our needs after our fiasco and disaster with Mike Connelly who obviously purposefully neglected our service. George did take great care of us and our vehicle.
Took 4hrs for an oil change. After the oil change, my Kia app now requiring a pass code to use the 360 view camera. No one is telling me how to fix it.

Poor service someone went in my glove box and left it open
They didn’t do my windows or vacuum my car , lied about the service time just poor customer service. I will never use your service again and I will never recommend no one to your company.
They did the job, and did it in the timeframe they gave me. Also, the waiting area was nice and comfortable.
