Danielle was extremely helpful, considerate and patient with my service. She was mindful of my time and aware of my issues while I decided on service for my vehicle. I continue to have an issue with the passengers side molding and she is always willing and available to assist me. I have made a trip twice to fix this part and she is extremely helpful!! She truly cares for the clients. I will return in the future for my next service. Thank you.
It took 6 hours to put on a set of tires. I called service at 2:32 to see if was ready and was told it was. When my wife arrived at 3:05 the ABS low pressure were on, they again took the car for its second test ride. Tech told my wife it had to be driven longer to reset the ABS. I was told by the tech that my wife only waited for 15 minutes according to the service stamp , if so why did my wife leave the dealership at 3:45? The car should have been ready before I called, honestly 6 hours for new tires???
No notice when the service is done. Glad we didn’t wait at the location. We waited more than 6hrs when is too long for just an oil change. Tried to call and never answered while transferring us to different departments with still no solution and problems fixed. We just went back after 7hrs and it’s actually done but no one we called or texted us to inform us to pick our car up.
We just sent another car a month ago and wasn’t quite satisfied with the service already. The management with staffs and time are just terrible here. We only came here cause it’s closer and past years no issues happened at all. Will try another location in the future.
Shuttle service had me waiting for almost 3 hrs and no updates were provided about my vehicle until the following day. I messaged the representative but recieved no response. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I had to wait almost 20mins for someone to acknowledge me and ultimately return my vehicle. Place seems understaffed and ill organized.
Please apply the certificate to our account which leaves us with 2 oil changes. Thank you

I don’t even remember the last time I had a genuinely pleasant experience at Covina Kia. I’ve been a customer since 2013 and service has gone down especially since about 2019. Although I am not coming back as a customer once my lease expires because of a terrible drive experience 2 years ago where you left me without a car for a month with no rental, I am very happy someone like Michelle makes my experience here a good one.
