I my appointment time was 3 pm. I arrived at 2:30 pm and at 3 was told it will be about 3-3 1/2 hrs BEFORE they will even get serviced. 6-7 cars ahead of me ? I will NOT BE RETURNING. I have bought 2 Kia’s from this Dealership and had both serviced regularly. Was told ownership changed hands a year ago …. This definitely needs NEW MANAGEMENT…such a shame
KIA messed up? The dealership messed up do not know what happened bu the recall experience was in a word disappointing at best.
Quoted my car being ready in 3 hours but took roughly 6 and a half hours and then charged me for an air filter that wasn’t even installed and made have to come back again after having left with my car already just to have the work finally done with and the filter installed.
From front desk service to shuttle service, excellent.
Ernesto was great. After the horrible service I received from Jennifer when I called in about my brakes, I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Ernesto.

Eric was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He patiently went through every item I was due for and explained everything to me and made me confident and comfortable with proceeding with the visit. He answered all of my questions and didn’t rush me on any decision making. It made the experience pleasant.
George is the only person in the service department more worried about his job than his Starbucks order. He provided me all information needed and does a great job of balancing my concerns as well as Kia's best interest. Starbucks isn't even good.
