I tried making appt.with another women back in April.but she had no customer service phone manners. I waited couple of weeks before treading to call back and thank God Danielle took my call and explained everything to me with a smile over the phone.
Everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions. I also appreciate the fact of driving me home and picking me up when my car was ready. I liked the fact George walked meme to my car and asked if was anything he could have done better. My answer to that was "not a thing".

I had a coupon, was told it would be honored, it wasn’t . I honestly didn’t look at the receipt until I was driving away annoyed. The gentleman that check me in was very kind and helpful and so was the guy who checked me out.
The sales department called and texted 3 times while I was getting the car serviced aggressively trying to get me to trade in.
The service took 5 plus hours and I was told 2.5. I understand but had to cancel and reschedule appointments at 2.30. I dropped car off at 9:30 for my 9:45 appointment.
I also called days earlier to make the appointment and never got the call back from the service rep who I was I left the message for.
When I got there. No one was in the service department to bring the car out. I was told they were washing the vehicle, and did I want to wait a 6 minutes more for that. I said yes. I thought I was getting a courtesy wash since it took so much longer. They brought out the same dusty **** car with “clean windows.” I forgot you no longer was cars. But it definitely sealed the sealed on what was a no so great experience. I probably would have let some of these things go, but… all of them together just felt bad! Coffee was cold at 9:30.
I was dissatisfied with not being able to get my car washed after it was serviced. I would think that you would at least give a voucher or something in order to compensate for not washing the car.
Horrible customer service I was taken advantage of by this female I asked for an oil change and she came up to me with this is your total for today 300$!!!! Never told me I had options to remove items just asked me to sign. This was my first time taking my car to be serviced here and the last.
Danielle was great help and answered all of my questions here. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
