The dealership informed me that my car was going to be returned without a car wash but with my windows cleaned and car vacuumed. It was returned without cleaned windows or vacuumed
Waited almost 2 hours for basic service. Was not notified when my vehicle was ready, because there was only one person at the service desk checking in customers.
I am very pleased with the service and customer service. I was explained in detail all the work that was done. Also I was offered a loan, which I am grateful.

Was on hold with service for over 20min. Had to make several calls to service again and trued 3x begore someone was able to transfer It took more than 24hrs to tdceive my vehicle back . Ince i received it check engine light was on. Tiok vehicle back and was told i would receive my car back the same day and it wasnt ready the same day.

When I get my new car I supposed to get free maintenance 10 years or 100,000 Mile for free. But the services guys ask me to do additional maintenance and not for free. Because I have to rush for another appointment after maintenance. I’m worries to be later for my next appointment. That why I’m not going to say no. I agree to pay about $130. Maintenance almost done and he call me to get another thing to be done. I really don’t like that. I hope you guys can help me. Please

Michelle was friendly and knowledgeable. The only down side of our experience was that no one kept us informed of what time our car would be ready for pickup. We had to reach out 2 times, the 2nd being just before they closed. Besides that, we had a good experience.
Eric was courteous, friendly & helpful. He was also very knowledgeable when asking him about issues with our vehicle he knew exactly what we were talking about.
