Rep was fine. No problems. We got there before 7. Gates locked and not opened unti past 7.5 an. We were first customer. Over 2 hours way ti long to wait fir a simple oil,filter change.

Albert was great but a key issue was missed on the car related to the issue I dropped it off for. Ended up in being stuck in a parking lot with a dead vehicle for over 2 hours just a few hours after picking the car back up.

3hr wait time for nothing on a re/call., I even ask tech should I come back another time ., his reply no you made an appt, and it’s allways like this. No one even bothered to check why taking so llng, till after a 3hr wait.
