Nice service, I didn’t appreciate that my dash cam was disconnected and unmounted.
No one informed me about my car when or if it was ready. I had to call today to be told yes, my car was ready. I also did not get a rental car as I have waiting three weeks for one, never got a phone call saying if was available or not. The price I have to pay out-of-pocket is ridiculous when I have to get my own rental car I’ve been going to Covina valley Kia for 13 years and this is the worst ever customer service received.

Michael, my service rep was outstanding and bent over backwards to accommodate me. I’m very happy with the service I received in the 24,000 mile maintenance. What I am unhappy with and I have already emailed and texted The general manager, Oscar.
There was a $100 difference in the price texted that I got in a text from your Company, your location and the price that Mike had quoted me and then I paid while Mike extended a 10% discount as a new customer, it didn’t come close. I have had my car serviced every 5000 miles since it was purchased. The first two years at Tobin Kia in Las Vegas And the 20,000 miles was done at Ontario Kia. I chose Covina because it was a closer location.
Again, my service rep was outstanding and delivered world class service. That’s not my issue. I sent screenshots of everything to Oscar the general manager and also shared it with mike my service rep. I look forward to hearing from someone as no one has contacted me as of yet 12 hours later.
