Love my Kia dealer and the workers. A small bit of feedback to improve your customer service. When a customer comes up to the counter, the workers should be more alert when customers walk up and are standing in front of them for at least a good 5-7 minutes instead of them looking at the computer screen. I had to call attention to them that I standing in from of the counter. Suggestion: have a bell on the counter for customers to ring or have a ticket box on the counter to alert the worker that a customer has approached the counter. Second, need to put attention to detail. I brought my car in at 44K service. On my paperwork it was documented at 43K. When my car was returned, it was documented on the label to return for oil change at 39K. Really?? Thank you for allowing comments. Hoping someone reads them and acts on them. It would be nice if someone would call me back to let me know the improvements made to my suggestion to improve customer experience. I think this is the reason you ask for comments. ****-****-xxxx
I was very happy with Alejandro. He kept me updated on my car and was very courteous.. Apparently I was his first customer and I wanted to say I was very impressed. You did not vacume or clean my windows
“A problem they can’t replicate”, exactly what a mechanic warned me Kia would say even with my video recording of oil lamp on and loud metallic tinging noise. I was told warranty ended 10 days prior to bringing it in. Problem happened and reported in August. I had to be out of town. My car sat until I returned and I feared driving it would cause more damage to engine. No oil pressure, off and on, lower gas mileage, is serious to me. I wanted my engine checked to be sure it will last more than the 22,700 miles.

Check in service was great; however, pick up was cumbersome and disappointing. Although I paid on line so I could benefit from the “express” pick up, it was not. I also feel the 3% charge for paying in person with credit card is not fair, especially with the high cost to have your car serviced. Also, the no wash statement on the text message is ridiculous and should be changed to more appropriate language, and the window wash is bogus, unless you call turning the wipers and auto wash on and calling that a window wash; otherwise the windshield and rear window were not cleaned. I have had 3 cars from Covina Kia and most likely won’t be back.

It was a bad experience going with you and having Mr Alberto Nuñez in the service department . He is not a friendly person and not professional. He has bad aptitude. I watched him interact with other coworkers and made a bad comment about his coworker. I don't think that's professional. He is an arrogant person.
