Michael was great. !He was informative and good public relations. What was frustrating is that my steering wheel ,was left turned to the right.I returned the next day to have it remedied. I was given a car wash voucher for the inconvenience. Thank you for assistance Michael. Covina Kia will remain my service center.

Mike has always been great. The reason why I left was because of the tech who didn’t adjust my headlights. Had to drive all the way to Texas getting checked by other vehicles high beams, when I fact my lights were not at factory settings. That was just under $15. Oh and I have yet to be high beamed by another vehicle. Imagine that. Glad Mike is still there. He’s awesome.
Left dirty rubber gloves in veh. Did not reset service due light.messed with seat setting..took items out of gloves box & threw on floor.not professional for the price you charge.

I told the person that one wheel cover of the right side wheel bent and needed to be replaced.
Nothing was done. They simply rotated the tires and did not fix the wheel cover. I even bought the wheel and tire package and asked if it was covered under the package, but no answer.
No options were provided, so i still have a broken wheel cover whith no proposed solutions from your team.
I had a fantastic experience getting my oil change done here. The wait time was super reasonable.
Michael was incredibly professional and went above and beyond. Not only did he handle everything efficiently, but he also helped me get my license plate on, which I really appreciated.
My ride back to pickup my car didn’t show up until 2.5 hours after my car was ready. Also I got a text that due to water conservation my car wouldn’t be washed but windows would be cleaned and car vacuo. Neither of those happened.
Danielle I got your text message I tried replying there but I got no answer so let me share this review with a job well done at KIA… I had a routine oil change on my hybrid- I was told about a few hours so I went and had lunch around the area and was texted when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. It’s been that simple and so I continue with KIA service
I have been going to Covina Kia since 2012 and I have been nothing but satisfied with my service.
Covina Kia always had horrible customer service until Josh got hired. Josh actually listen and got the issues I’ve had resolved without making me feel like a woman who doesn’t know **** about a car. Kia make Josh you main guy for customer and train people their how to do their job. Josh keep the the amazing work! And Kia don’t **** up and let this guy go. He is a RARE GEM!

My only feedback is that your paperwork says that you will no longer do car washes to conserve water, but you will vacuum the inside and clean the windows and that was not completed
