We brought our car in for a recommended update on the software. It would be 45 minutes. It sat there for hours. No one touched it. We finally picked it up because it was getting dark and my wife can’t drive at night so no, we weren’t happy at all.

I went with a tpms ligh on my car after a tire rotation and a new tire on my car.since then the tpms has been acting up and would not display accurate tire readings.

Eric went above and beyond of my expectations. Eric was patient, thorough and showed me how at Kia Covina … videos are sent to customers at drop off n at service. Eric also told me that there is a recall for one of my windows. I will forever take my car to Kia Covina and it’s worth the 35 minute drive because the other dealership I went to can really take some pointers from Kia Covina. Eric also booked my appt for next Thursday to replace part for my window. I’m sooo Happy!!!
My steering wheel was damaged
I have not received any updates on status of my car. I have called and texted and no response.
I was there for a recall for my 2020 car. My service the first time was excellent. I returned for the missing part not available prior to something different. One hour for the recall I was told one hour. The second visit was two and a half hour. I had a dead battery prior which AAA replaced. Nothing was mention about the new battery until the second visit that I needed a new battery. I said I just had a new battery put In. Only then I was told asually I needed a 220 battery instead of a 200. Now I will need to see about getting from AAA a upgraded battery!!!
Alex was very professional and helpful. He made my visit a very pleasant experience.
I dropped my cat off at 730 for my oil change appointment. By 830 I had received the video link with the inspection results. I never received a call to pickup my vehicle. I called at 1130 to check on it and could not get an update, was told they’d leave a message for my service advisor to call me back. After an hour, still no call. I called back at 1230 and finally spoke with Alejandro. The vehicle had been ready for a long time but no one called me. I wasted 5 hours of my day waiting around and had I not called back again probably would’ve waited longer.
Eric was helpful, efficient & friendly. We have serviced our 2 Kias with you since 2010.
