Thank you for your help accomodating this appt. Eric exemplifies an excelent customer service. I went to other Kia dealer this is the only place that all the staff I met are very welcoming even the sales people. And thank you this is the only car dealer that gave me free car wash. Definitely will recommend Covina KiA.
The issues from my car are not solved
This visit has determined if I'll go back to Covina Kia again. The excuse I was given repeatedly was that they were under staff. Which I think is an unacceptable excuse. My appointment was scheduled for 930am. I arrived at 915am and didn't leave from the office until 955am. And that was just check in process. My vehicle was at service from 10am-5pm. That's ridiculous.
Eric Perz helped me for easy oil change services on my Sportage. Even the time was exactly right on time and quick payment on me using internet as payment which had saved me time. So I could be home with family for weekend. Thank you for fast service on Saturday Eric and Covina KIA.

Alex was fine. He is very nice and does a good job. 5000 miles ago, at 25k miles I was told I needed to have my cabin and engine filter changed, we did it and it cost hundreds of dollars. This last visit I was told I needed the 30k mile service, and when I asked what the 1100 dollars for the service was getting me, it included the cabin and engine filter. I asked Alex, he looked back and saw it was done then Took about 100 dollars off the cost of the 30k service because I didn’t need it. Good on him.
However, your system prompting customers to have things done, when they do not need to be is nothing more than a money grab by your service department. I will not be returning unless it’s for warranty repair or recalls.

3 o’clock appointment not seen until 3:30. Waiting in lobby received a call from Alex at 6 that the car was ready. How long was the car parked in the lot before I was notified that it was ready?
Mr Connelly is very efficient and easy to understand. He’s pretty spot on with his time estimates and has you taken care of and back on the road. The title Master is well deserved.
It took three hours with an appointment to Change the oil and tire Rotation. Although I came in because the engine light was on, but you can't do the Diagnostic without leaving the car for three days and than you no longer offer loaner. Than the car was not washed and the drive felt worse than it was when I left it.
Alejandro was very polite and explained what my recall involved. He also assured that my vehicle would get serviced even though I did not have an appointment. He was very sympathetic that I had come from Kia of Alhambra because I wasn't aware they had closed. He was professional and courteous. He showed me to ghd lounge and offered water and snacks while I waited. Great customer service.
