What I want to know is. Why it burns more oil than a regular vehicle and, if the engine is going to blow up on me soon.
Alex was very nice & friendly. I’ve got no problem with him. But this dealership as a whole is incredibly inconsistent. It’s always something here and that’s unfortunate.
Last year you guys stopped car washes to save costs (let’s not BS and say it’s to save water). That’s fine, business is business and bottom lines are important. But if you say you’re going to at least vacuum & clean windows, then you should probably actually do it. Right?

I waited 5 HOURS for my cars first maintenance check. On top of that, I found out tire rotation is not included but I opted for it to be completed. When I was told my car was ready, I was informed the tires had not been rotated due to a problem with service ticket numbers not being taken correctly. Extremely disappointed.
My vehicle was promised to be done on 4 separate occasions and they delayed the process of ordering parts. I was not contacted at all for any updates. I had to call several times, and was not given accurate information. I had to go in person to ask what was going on. I would have appreciated if the team was transparent about not having my vehicle ready on time and possibly taking more time than what I was told. I was informed it was delayed because they were short staffed which I understand, but I was getting different conflicting stories about my vehicle and that is not professional. I should have been given the option of leaving it there for service or option to go to another dealership. I asked for the manager several times and I was told he was in a meeting or that he will return my call and he did not. I dont appreciate the run around and the manager not taking accountability. I know I was not the only customer upset with the service at Covina Kia. The manager and the whole team need to meet and debrief about how to best serve the customers in a timely manner, provide updates and transparency, and provide other options if they are behind schedule or short staffed.
The job was done within two hours. I was satisfied.
Michael was very kind but also efficient in getting my car in and out. I appreciate his updates while I was waiting!
It took about 30 minutes to even get checked in. When I made the appointment, Jennifer told me it would take 45 minutes at most for the recall service to be completed. And when I brought my car in, he mentioned it'll be done within 2 hours. It was going to take too long for the service to be completed so I asked for the appointment to be rescheduled. So I waited 1 hour at the service center, rescheduled the appointment, and did not get the recall service completed. I hope I won't have the same experience with the rescheduled appointment.
