Lexi was very professional, extremely courteous, attentive and accommodating. She addressed, and handled, all of my issues including recall problems that I wasn’t aware of. Because of the length of the service, she recommended and provided transportation back to my home. Best service I’ve received in years! She is an example of how all service attendants should treat their customers.
Had taken about 7 hours to complete an oil change. Typically takes about 2 hours. Considering appointments are only made so far in advance. There was then a broken phone mount in my car which shouldn't have even been touched. It was out of the way and apart from everything. It wasn't ever noted down and I had to tell them or else I would've driven off without being told. Poor customer service overall
I waited 3 weeks for my appointment to be told my vehicle can't be seen for an additional 3 weeks.

Had intermediate service done in April and was told I needed engine oil treatment and cabin & air filters were very dirty & needed to be replaced soon .wasn't that all done with the intermediate service
George did an amazing job checking me in and keeping me posted on the status of my vehicle.
I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours and it took 4 hours.
We came in with an issue with the 12v battery for our ev6. The battery failed about 10 times in the span of two weeks. We have a toddler and a newborn and cannot be dealing with a car that doesn’t start. We told this to the reps and the battery was bot replaced. They said the battery had 60% life so they just charged it. However, will it fail again and how soon? The battery failed so many times in a short period, it warrants a replacement. I feel like the dealership is just prolonging the battery until it is not covered under warranty anymore. How long before our battery fails again? This should not be happening for a car that is less than 2 years old. I would like the battery replaced

Paid to have oil change, tires rotated and fluids filled. We marked the tires and they were not rotated. Also the windshield fluid is empty so it wasn't filled either.
