I will never come back. 2 hours and $120 for a dirty light bulb connection is insane. Only a full refund would keep me as a customer.

You guys said that it was all done and that there was no problem and got it fixed but it was still the same problem and it seemed like it wasnt fixed at all but overall with customer service they have been nice but didnt resolve the issue because that is my only transportation yet still dont have a working car for a month and should at least offer me a rental for free for a couple of days because they gave me false information saying that it was fixed and it wasnt so they wasted my time/gas because of that
I was quoted 4 hours for service + recallls. And I asked, it will definitely be done today, knowing I needed a car the next day. Luckily I decided to get a ride home. I kept calling to see when my car would be ready finally got a call around 7pm (dropped my car at 12pm) saying wasn’t going to be ready. I demanded a car bc I have to take my son to school, so meanwhile we had to get our 2 kids 1 and 4 yr old in the car at 8pm to go get a rental.
Then the next day I found out parts needed to be ordered so everything didn’t even get serviced on my car….so in my eyes the day before you all should have known my car wasn’t going to be finished especially if parts needed to be ordered. So i feel like nobody was being honest about when my car would be done. Would have been way more convenient picking up a rental at 4-5 pm than 830pm at night with 2 kids past their bedtimes…

Had to come back to repair a recall item. Had to come back to repair a bushing both covered under warranty instead of taking care of in one appointment. We expressed concern on another item but could not address suggested we come back in another appt. Didn’t tell us about a repair until we were picking up car. Service not good.
