I was told Mt car would be ready in 2 hours.. I dropped it off at 10:30 am and my car was ready at 2pm; and only because I pushed and demanded my car to he serviced.

Fist time coming to this dealer to get car serviced. Brought the car at 9am didn't leave till 2:30 pm. Due to them loosing my car keys. I didn't get the news of this till 2pm. Had to get someone from there drive me home to get spare key.saw that my car still showed a service light on dashboard. When they call Friday morning to tell me new key was ready to pick. I mention this light. For them to tell me car never got serviced. I was very very upset. If I would have been white or a man they would of gotten their **** chewed out. I lost all of Tuesday sitting on those uncomfortable chairs thinking my car was getting serviced then to realize that never happened. All I got was a sorry an we paid for your service.there should be more done than just free service. The ohh we paid for the new key. That's shouldn't even been brought up because it wasnt MY FAULT YOU LOST MY KEY in the beginning.
I was told my car was ready and just got washed when i picked up my car it was still dirty not washed
My car was not serviced. I was told my car needed to stay 4-6 day for diagnostics and my warranty expired 11/9/23(7 days ago).
Appreciate the team work they have. Michael was unable to assist me but the gentleman next to him step in and help me. I was in and out within 10 min. It was greatly appreciated.

I will be contacting corporate for the lack of accountability of both Covina Valley Kia & Van Nuys Kia; as well as reporting both to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. I will also be contacting the legal team in the Class Action Lawsuit for Qualifying Engine Failures, code P1326.
I find no fault in Lexie Hunt as a service representative; she executed her job to the best of her ability. The fault lies with Kia and the heads of both service departments at aforementioned locations.
