A week plus wait for a code reset and test drive. Dropped my car off on 11/20 and received it on 11/29. Reading your reviews I realize your company thinks a 9 day service turn around is good but your customers have lives and transportation is a must. Minus the holiday it is still 7 days and this is an insult since I had to wait 1 month and 1/2 to schedule the service. Plus charged $200.00. You upcharge and your service ****.

Ms. Hunt helped my wife and me with a service appointment for our 2017 Sorento. Everyone at Covina Kia was very friendly and helpful. It was our first encounter with Lexi and we couldn’t have been more impressed. She was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Without a doubt, one of the most valuable employees any company could have, and one of the finest young ladies we’ve ever met.

I think you need to ask to the costumers first if they have the plan that covers for the service because some workers talk to the costumers in not a good way or courteous.

Wait time was terrible, had a 10am appointment for an oil change and when I got there at 2pm to pick it up (my estimated pick up time was 12:30pm) it took the staff 20 minute to locate my vehicle just to tell me that they hadn’t serviced it yet, luckily Carl Cruz did assure me my car would be ready within the hour and gave a discount. I personally believe that this location could be better organized so things like this do not happen again.

At drop off, I was told an estimate of noon for the work to be complete. At 1:20, after receiving no follow up, I called and was told it was currently being worked on. Didn’t get a call back until 4:15 that the work was done. Other dealers I use will give me a call if the job is going to take longer than the estimate. Not upset or anything, but just pointing out how the service was not on par with other service centers I use, since you asked.

Was told Kia had car parts for recall and 2 hours later found out they didn't. Rental car was not arranged nor followed up with.

Hi, I called for an appointment to take my car in for diagnostics, it took me 3 different tried to get the right appointment. The men did not take me as a woman seriously and assumed I needed an oil change. This was already a crappy experience. Eventually I was finally able to speak with someone who helped me to get an appointment. I showed up to drop my car off and was informed to my understanding, within a week I’d have an answer as to what was wrong with my car. From the date of drop off, that would mean I would have no vehicle for at minimum 5 business days plus 2 days over the weekend, I called on day 6 to check in at 9:30. I was informed that that had not even began to diagnose my vehicle. I was truly astonished by this. I called back at 1:30pm to check in again. To which I was informed, they haven’t began to diagnose it, I ended asking to have my car pulled. I cannot understand why this place thought it made sense to haven even kept my car for 7 days, if they KNEW that it would even be touched until the following week. I could have just brought it in 7 days to start the process, I can understand there being a backlog, what I can’t understand is how the service team thought it made sense, to hold it for a week, to have done absolutely nothing but park it. I could have saved my coins, from using Uber and Lyft to get around for a week. The communication and scheduling is sorely lacking. This was truly an awful service experience

Poor customer contact. Service rep never followed up. Sent a text my car was ready just waiting to wash. Never got another message. I finally got a ride back to dealership at 5pm. I was texted that my car was ready at 12:45. Upon bringing my car up the service writer said my car had not been washed and if I would wait. I declined Took most of the day to tell me a part needed to be ordered to fix the recall. Another trip in! Not good. Why isn’t the part available to fix recall the first visit. Poor planning. I hope not to go through this again. Thank you for listening.
