They didn't replace the part that was recalled. My brake lights stood on. Took my car to a mechanic who fixed it

George was great. The problem was not having the parts in stock to fix the recalls. This means scheduling another service. I’m not even sure I will be notified when the parts come in

Very satisfied with service and attention while waiting for car. Love my basic Kia and service I receive. I'm 81 yrs old, don't drive much anymore, and plan on keeping it.

Had an appointment for recall which I made 2 weeks ago. Took vehicle in and was called 45 minutes later and told part needed to be ordered. What a joke!

The service was great and although I had to wait about 3 hours, I didn’t mind due to the fact that refreshments, snacks, and movie were at my disposal to pass time. There was transportation service available in case I didn’t want to wait at the dealership, which I think is great. My car got the maintenance that it needed plus they even washed my car which I appreciate very much.
