Had an appointment for recall which I made 2 weeks ago. Took vehicle in and was called 45 minutes later and told part needed to be ordered. What a joke!
The service was great and although I had to wait about 3 hours, I didn’t mind due to the fact that refreshments, snacks, and movie were at my disposal to pass time. There was transportation service available in case I didn’t want to wait at the dealership, which I think is great. My car got the maintenance that it needed plus they even washed my car which I appreciate very much.
