I have never been treated better than the timely and efficient way, they handled my situation. I will be sending more of my friends and customers too. They were polite, professional, and really had a caring attitude, from the customer desk, to the showroom floor as well. Matt stayed in contact with me, and kept me updated on my service, and I couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience.

Mike was great, but the service took too long. There was a problem with the anti theft software which apparently held things up. I would have rather come back another day to get that completed.

I took my car in on a Tuesday to have the shocks worked on and got out on a Thursday because they didn’t even touch it! They made a lot of excuses about not having enough mechanic's . I would have thought they’d have a larger staff to work on cars. This KIA is good for oil changes but nothing else!
